Ava Barron-Shasho provides individual, family and group therapy. She has 30 years of clinical experience helping clients reduce their anxiety and come to a greater understanding of their issues such as anxiety, addiction, shame and childhood trauma. Ava Barron-Shasho is fluent in American Sign Language and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). To help her clients move forward, Ava uses a variety Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
As a natural teacher and coach, Ava Barron-Shasho enjoys helping people find solutions and make positive life changes. Clients comment that her warmth, intuition and compassion helps them open up and break through the barriers that hold them back.
